Waimea Roundup 2016

Friday & Saturday, February 19 & 20: 
Waimea Roundup 2016.  This large and diverse rodeo features Team Roping, Barrel Racing, Bronc Riding and Bull Riding. In addition, there are special events done only in Hawai’i – paniolo po’o wai u and double mugging, just like in the early paniolo (cowboy) days of old Hawai’i.  Friday is slack roping and if needed other slack competition, Saturday is full final competition.  Food concession and craft vendors will be on site.
