Sam Choy’s Keauhou Poke Contest.  Hawaii regional cuisine chef Sam Choy lends his name and fame to this event celebrating Hawai`i’s favorite appetizer, poke, created with local seafood plus seaweed, seeds, herbs, spices, nuts and more.
