MAPA’s Spring Extravaganza 2019

Saturday & Sunday, May 4 & 5: 
MAPA’s Spring Extravaganza 2019.  Maui Academy of Performing Arts (MAPA) presents four spectacular shows for the entire family.  Opening the weekend on Saturday at 12:30 p.m., MAPA’s annual recital features dancers of all ages strutting their stuff in hip hop, jazz, ballet, and contemporary.  On Saturday at 7:30 p.m., MAPA’s most experienced dancers present extraordinary original choreography in the MOVES dance concert, featuring guest appearances by some of Mau`i’s favorite dance companies.  On Sunday at 12:30 p.m., MAPA dancers of all ages will continue strutting their stuff in hip hop, jazz, ballet, and contemporary.  Maui Arts & Cultural Center, Castle Theater, One Cameron Wy., Kahului.   For tickets and information call (808) 242-7469 or visit www.mauiarts.org.
