Kaua`i Food Tour – South Shore.  Follow your culinary guide in the comfort of your own car and sample the sights, flavors and history of Kaua`i’s sunny South Shore. The stops on the South Shore food tour are a celebration of street food inspired by Hawai`i’s diverse cultures. Experience Japanese food, taste exotic fruit, sample tropical gelato, tour a working kitchen, meet farmers and food artisans, and more.  A highlight of this tour is meeting Mark Arriola, executive chef of Merriman’s Fish House. During this tour, guests enjoy a private tasting of what’s fresh, seasonal and local.  The 4-hour tour ends at a farmers market where you will meet vendors and sample their products. At the end of the tour, you are free to stroll through the market and purchase gifts of aloha, or food to enjoy during your stay.
