Prince Kuhio Celebration at the Waianae Sunset on the Beach. Prince Kuhi Festivals around the state will be held in the month of March to honor our Ke Alii Makaainana for his love and passion of the Hawaiian people. The Prince Kuhio Festival will feature Hawaiian Civic Clubs, the Hawaiian Royal Societies, Hawaiian Homestead Associations, halau hula, cultural practitioners, Hawaiian serving institutions, Hawaiian musical groups, Hawaiian schools, and Hawaiian entertainers who will deliver a family-friendly immersion in various Hawaiian cultural activities open to the public. This event includes cultural displayʻs, food booths, health expo, keiki village, all day entertainment, keiki hula, hula halau, crafts and more.
