JAZZ MAUI Presents A Musical Tribute To Emil Richards. An American vibaphonist and percussionist who was recorded on over 1,350 film scores and recorded with more than 650 artists from Elvis to Pavarotti. He is famous for the finger snaps on “The Addams Family” theme song. This tribute showcases local musicians who played with Richards, a part time Maui resident and regular at Blackie’s Bar in Lahaina from 1982-1995. Proceeds benefit Jazz Maui’s music education programs.
