Chefs will get a particular cut of meat a couple days before the event and come up with a way to serve it. Graze your way though samples of each recipe while you mix and mingle with farmers and ranchers who provided the Kauai-grown products for the feast. Anne Knudsen Park, Junction Maluhia Rd. (RT520) and Emi Rd., Koloa. The 10 mile race will start at 7:00 a.m., the 10-K race will start at 7:15 a.m., and the 5-K race and 5-K walk will start at 7:30 a.m. Breakfast will be served at the end of the race at about 9:00 a.m.. at which time the winners will be announced. Race packet pickup is on Friday, November 11th between 12 – 6 a.m. at the Kukui Grove Shopping Mall, exhibit area by Deja Vu and Zales. Professional timing by JTL Timing. Sporting Event in Poipu at Brennekes Beach Park and 10K TriKauai Sprint Triathlon at 7 and 7:30 a.m. includes a 1/4 mile swim, 14 mile bike ride and a 3.5 mile run.
