A Culinary Romp through Paradise.  Local food experts offer an authentic taste of Kaua`i by guiding you on a farm to fork culinary experience. Learn about and sample exotic local fruit while taking a leisurely tour of a 26-acre exotic fruit farm. Meet the executive chef of the Kaua`i Marriott Resort and enjoy a cooking demonstration and gourmet, four-course lunch made with Kaua`i-grown ingredients.
