The Emily T Gail Show

The Emily T Gail Show, aka “Emily T Gail Talk Story” is about sports, recreation and community events where Emily is involved: Hawai`i Island and Detroit, her home town.  Sponsored by Aloha Big Island Visitor Guide, recent shows include interesting talk stories with John and Judy Collins, founders 40 years ago of the Ironman World Championship which was  held in Kailua-Kona in October.  Emily will have interviews with players from the Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai January 17, 18, & 19. The Mitsubishi Electric Championship at the Four Seasons Hualalai is a PGA TOUR Champions 54-hole stroke play event.   The tournament is broadcast on NBC Golf Channel and raises funds for the Rotary Club of Kona Community Foundation, Big Island Junior Golf, and Daniel R. Sayre Foundation. Jerry Kelly defends. Candlelit Tours at the Baldwin Home Museum.  Step back in time and visit the Baldwin Home Museum with a tour by candle light. Tours include free light refreshments on the lanai. Join the Whale Trust research team and special guests for an evening celebrating the enchanting humpback whale song that captured hearts and helped save a species. This memorable evening will feature outrigger canoe trips from shore hosted by Whale Trust researchers, a sunset dinner at the beach by Chef Lee, and a private concert by John Cruz. Attire for the event is beach casual.  This benefit event will help fund the Whale Trust research team’s humpback whale behavior studies throughout the upcoming season. Sugar Beach Events, 85 N.   Kapa`a Town goes all out for its First Saturday of every month Art Walk. The main street is lined with vendors selling Kaua`i Arts and crafts, with some of Kaua`i’s best musicians and bands playing up and down the street.
