Kokua Kailua Hulihe`e Palace Concert Series & Village Stroll

Kokua Kailua Hulihe`e Palace Concert Series & Village Stroll.  One Sunday each month from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Ali`i Drive along scenic Kailua Bay in Kailua-Kona becomes a festive pedestrian-only walkway. Enjoy music, artists, merchants and restaurants. At 4:00 p.m., there is a free Hawaiian music concert on the lawn at Hulihe`e Palace. 10th Annual Old Koloa Sugar Mill Run

10th Annual Old Koloa Sugar Mill Run. 25th Annual Christmas Craft “EG”Stravaganza.  Enjoy this Big Island holiday tradition featuring talented crafters. On Ensemble.  Infusing the powerful rhythms of ensemble Japanese drumming with elements of hip-hop, rock and electronica, the band’s unique sound has been praised as “completely original.” On Ensemble is supported by one of Japan’s most important traditional-culture bearers, Miyamoto Unosuke Shoten, instrument maker to the emperor. Engraved at Lahainaluna Book Presentation by Tom Woods & KHS Membership Meeting.  Dr. Woods will be giving a PowerPoint presentation that features selections from the book, with special emphasis on Big Island engravings. Kaua`i Veterans Day Parade & Service.  Saturday – Kaua`i’s largest parade with more than fifty organizations participating with marching units, bands, floats and riding units.
