11th Annual Hilo Chinese New Year Festival. Chinese lion dancers celebrate the Year of the Snake 2013 in a mini-Chinatown setting in downtown Hilo. Performances, displays, cooking and cultural demonstrations, martial arts, product vendors show the Chinese influence in Hawaii.
