Since sunset times fluctuate during the year, see the lobby concierge to get the exact entertainment schedule. Stevenson's Library offers a more western influence with a variety of jazz musicians performing nightly. The Grand Hyatt Kaua'i Luau show features Tihati Productions Ltd. "Havaiki Nui."
