Sun Yat-Sen Festival in Lahaina.  Watch a martial arts demonstration, exciting lion dance and traditional fan dance on the museum lawn. See large displays depicting the life of Sun Yat-sen from Maui to China along with a film tribute. Enjoy a presentation in the old Cookhouse on the significance of Dr. Sun’s work and his connection to Maui. Sample traditional Cantonese foods and Chinese teas. Mary Poppins.  Hawai`i Children’s Theatre proudly presents this Broadway musical. Kaua`i War Memorial Convention Hall, 4191 Hardy St., Lihue.  Showtimes are 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, Sundays at 4 p.m.  Tickets are $10 in advance from cast, $12 from outlets and online, and $15 at the door.
