Chaka Khan. Singer-songwriter Chaka Khan’s career has spanned four decades, beginning in the 1970s as the frontwoman and focal point of the funk band Rufus. Kickoff Event for Maui Matsuri (Japanese Festival). Taiko performances, karaoke, and karate demonstrations will be a few of the highlights of this event.
