Okinawan Festival. The event kicks off with a mini procession inside Kapiolani Park featuring a taiko drum performance. The three-day festival at Kapiolani Park celebrates Okinawan culture with food, entertainment, arts, crafts, and cultural activities. Kapiolani Park, 2748 Monsarrat Ave., Honolulu.
