Kokua Kailua Hulihe`e Palace Concert Series & Village Stroll.  Ali`i Drive along scenic Kailua Bay in Kailua-Kona becomes a festive pedestrian-only walkway from 1 to 6 p.m. Enjoy music, artists, merchants and restaurants. At 4 p.m., there is a free Hawaiian music concert on the lawn at Hulihe`e Palace. Mitsubishi Electric PGA Champions Tour at Hualalai.  Now in its 16th year, this annual golf event is the first match of the year on the PGA Champions Tour. It features 36 – 40 top golfers 50 years or older who have won Champions Tour or other PGA majors or money events in a 54-hole competition for a total purse of nearly $2 million.  John Cook is the defending champion. This event offers a rare opportunity to see top-quality and renowned golfers up close, with minimal crowds, in an unparalleled setting. Hualalai Resort’s golf course is generally not accessible to the public.
