A Culinary Romp through Paradise.  Local food experts offer an authentic taste of Kaua‘i by guiding you on a farm to fork culinary experience. The monthly event begins with a leisurely tour of a 26-acre exotic fruit farm where you’ll sample a variety of seasonal fruit and learn about exotic produce. Meet the executive chef of the Kaua`i Marriott Resort and enjoy a cooking demonstration and gourmet, four-course lunch made with Kaua`i-grown ingredients. The tour ends with a presentation of locally made rum at The Feral Pig. Koloa Rum Company is the first and only licensed distillery on the island of Kaua`i. After rum presentation, The Feral Pig Company owner and acclaimed bartender Dave Power will demonstrate how to make two island flavored cocktails using Koloa Rum, which participants get to drink!
